In 1991 Kjell purchased this land. he fell for the location right by the river and the woods. From the very beginning it was his dream and vision to build Camp Dannevall.

I envisioned where every building was to be placed, the exact proportions, and even the decoration of the buildings. It was his wish to build a rustic, yet comfortable wilderness camp for vacation rentals. The entire camp is build by him. And he continues building.......
